The Dancing Pup

While I was home, I had the chance to go to EK's first dance recital! She was absolutely precious and did a fantastic job.

here are some pics of the dancing pup (I can't believe how grown up she looks) and after the recital:

Easton Turns 2!

I can't believe it's been two years since little buddy was born....it's been a crazy two years! Here are some pics from his precious "Surfs Up" party that Kristin and Brice threw for him. The kids had an absolute blast....pool, slip-n-slide, snowcones, candy....lots of fun!

Here are some pics:

Terrarium Obsession!

I've recently become obsessed with making terrariums....it's fun, easy and relaxing. And, the best part it, these things are hard to kill, which is exactly what I need.

Here are a few pics from the ones I made this week:

We can scratch this one off the list!

This past weekend we went to Houston for the men's NCAA basketball championship Final Four games and the final game last night. We had a great time....along with the other 75k people at the games!

Cancun

One word....AMAZING!

This trip was JUST what we needed...not only a little vacay from the hustle and bustle of life in the microplex, but also a chance to catch up with our very dear friends!

We lounged on the beach (a lot!), cooked great food (well, brook and gary cooked), gambled (I even won $100 playing 10 cent peso slots!) and went on an awesome excursion to the cenotes.

Our excursion included mountain biking, zip lining, repelling, snorkeling through the cenotes and an ATV ride. It was incredible! I highly recommend this to anyone up for a little adventure! The cenotes were breathtaking to say the least!

Needless to say, when Wednesday rolled around, we were not ready to leave!

Here are some pics from the trip:
